Payment policy

Nha Xinh Home is committed to providing flexible and secure payment methods, ensuring a convenient shopping experience for customers.

1. Payment method

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (COD): Only applicable for domestic orders. Customers pay directly to the shipping unit upon receipt of goods.

  • Bank transfer: Account information will be provided when ordering. Please include your order number in the transfer description.

  • Payment via e-wallet: Supports popular e-wallets such as Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay.

  • Payment by bank card: Accept domestic ATM cards (via online payment gateway) and international credit/debit cards Visa, MasterCard, JCB.

2. Payment regulations

  • For COD, customers need to pay the exact amount on the invoice to the delivery staff.

  • For bank transfers, orders will only be processed after Nha Xinh Home confirms successful payment.

  • For payment via e-wallet or bank card, Nha Xinh Home is not responsible if there is an error arising from the bank or e-wallet.

  • Nha Xinh Home is committed to protecting customer payment information according to the Privacy Policy.

3. Handling payment errors

  • If any problems arise during the payment process, please contact Nha Xinh Home immediately via 0907700814 or email e-commerce@akacompany.com.vn for support.

  • In case the system reports an error or the transaction fails, the customer can try again or choose another payment method.

4. Cancellation and refund

  • If the customer cancels the order before Nha Xinh Home confirms the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • If the order has been processed, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Refund time ranges from 3 – 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
