Cash on delivery (COD): Only applicable for domestic orders. Customers pay directly to the shipping unit upon receipt of goods.

Payment via e-wallet: Supports popular e-wallets such as Momo, ZaloPay, ShopeePay.

2. Payment regulations

For COD, customers need to pay the exact amount on the invoice to the delivery staff.

For bank transfers, orders will only be processed after Nha Xinh Home confirms successful payment.

For payment via e-wallet or bank card, Nha Xinh Home is not responsible if there is an error arising from the bank or e-wallet.

3. Handling payment errors

In case the system reports an error or the transaction fails, the customer can try again or choose another payment method.
4. Cancellation and refund

If the customer cancels the order before Nha Xinh Home confirms the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the order has been processed, cancellations and refunds will be subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refund time ranges from 3 – 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
